Brian W. Curtis is the proprietor of Brian W. Curtis Antiques and Fine Arts, an antique and appraisal company which he started in 1990. He has been involved in the antique business for over 30 years.

Mr. Curtis deals in all types of antiques with an emphasis on fine art and furniture. He has operated a successful antique shop for over thirty years and services clients throughout the United States. Additionally, he provides estate liquidation services and certified appraisals. He has served as broker for an important United States Civil War archive, as well as paintings and objects of art by prominent artists. He has been a collector of fishing tackle and has evaluated many collections, including that of the author, Zane Grey.  He recently worked with the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum in liquidating antiques and art willed them. Also continues to work with banks, lawyers, and fiduciaries.

He has a background as an art instructor prior to becoming involved in the antique business. As an artist, he co-created the Santa Cruz Surfing Monument on West Cliff Drive, Santa Cruz CA.
